This role will support day-to-day transportation and offsite activities out of our client’s warehouse facility.
Core Responsibilities
- Safely handle and transport artworks using appropriate packing methods, materials, and techniques to ensure protection during loading, securing, and transit.
- Install and de-install artworks both in-house and at offsite locations, applying sound judgement and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing scopes or site conditions.
- Prepare and accurately complete all required documentation, including bills of lading, labels, driver logs, and detailed condition reports, supported by photographs when necessary.
- Receive, inspect, and release incoming and outgoing shipments within warehouse facilities.
- Pack artworks for local, national, and international transport, as well as for short- and long-term storage.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards.
- Provide operational support to internal teams as required.
- Maintain flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays when business needs require.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Strong communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges independently, with the judgement to escalate issues appropriately when required.
