Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and timely high quality removals services.
- Lead and motivate removals operational and office staff, ensuring excellence of service and the profitable operation of the business.
- Coordinate commercial and household goods moves, both domestic and international.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and cost control to drive profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and removals industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong existing removals client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Seek out ways to maintain and improve the business in an ever changing business landscape.
- Manage the sales team to deliver profitable revenue and develop new removals opportunities.
- Schedule and dispatch the removals crews, vehicles, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to removals team members.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional, fair and timely manner.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the removals or relocation industry.
- Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic removals operations.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
