The Senior Global Mobility Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring a seamless relocation experience for their employees.
This role involves managing client expectations, coordinating assignee relocations, and overseeing the delivery of services by providers. The Advisor will maintain strong client relationships, deliver a high-quality service, and contribute to overall operational success and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of coordination for international assignees, ensuring outstanding service while maximising revenue in line with client policies and contracts.
- Maintain close client relationships, providing timely updates, creative solutions to challenges, and value-added support to enhance the overall experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system maintenance; prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-to-date basis.
- Oversee selected suppliers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and invoicing, while maintaining an exceptional assignee experience.
- Collaborate with management to suggest policy or programme enhancements and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and client presentations; provide support to other Mobility Advisors, including back-up and holiday cover.
- Carry out additional duties as required to meet business needs.
