A fantastic opportunity exists for a Business Development Manager to become a part of our client's London team. The role will oversee client development initiatives and manage and expand your own clientele and sales pipeline with the view of growing the company in a sustainable manner.  It is essential to have prior experience with B2B sales in the global mobility or relocation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As part of the sales process, complete RFIs and RFPs, collaborating closely with colleagues as needed. 
  • As a brand ambassador, attend customer meetings, conferences, and industry events (some international travel required when restrictions permit)
  • Develop strong working relationships with corporate clients of interest through effective relationship management. Skilfully oversee the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Ensure that you have a close working relationship with all types of potential clients. 
  • Encourage the creation of thought leadership content to spark interest in sales and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Build and expand a robust sales pipeline by providing both new and established services to the global mobility and relocation sectors.
  • Assist the Client Development teams in promoting the relocation services that are available.

Skills: 
  • Degree-level education is preferred. 
  • Prior experience living or working abroad would be advantageous. 
  • While speaking English well is necessary, knowing another European language well would be advantageous.
  • Preferable is technical competence with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform like Salesforce. 
  • Excellent personality with powerful presentation and communication abilities
  • Extremely well-organised and able to function in a hectic setting

Benefiting Experience: 
Knowledge of the Global Mobility/Relocation Sector; two years of B2B sales experience in the aforementioned or related sectors 
a track record of accomplishment in business development in corporate sales or B2C roles; expertise in creating sales pipelines and directing sales progress
