We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a Relocation & Destination Services provider in London.

You will play a key role in driving business growth and positioning the organisation as a leading destination services provider in London. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong commercial mindset, proven business development expertise, and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Relocation sector with sound knowledge of the London property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Convert prospects into clients through consultative selling and value-driven proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and pitches.
  • Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of proposals and RFPs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, progressing them through to successful closure.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts from initial draft to final agreement.
  • Support the smooth implementation of new contracts and service delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to support renewal and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, networking events, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development and sales to corporate clients.
  • Experience in relocation, destination services and the property sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and creative mindset.
  • Excellent client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
  • Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the London property market.
