Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all moving and relocation operations across the Seattle area.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost operational performance and client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and full P&L accountability.
- Ensure full compliance with all transportation, safety, and relocation regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
- Oversee warehouse logistics and inventory to support efficient and timely moves.
- Handle customer feedback promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations.
- Produce and present regular operational and financial reports to senior leadership.

- Proven background as a General Manager within the moving or relocation industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Solid financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting experience.
