Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients to open up new business chances.
- Develop and develop good relationships with corporations, real estate firms, and corporate executives.
- Organize client meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote the company's services.
- Create customized moving solutions based on the needs of the client and their budget.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to seal transactions and increase income.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure that relocation services go smoothly.
- Keep accurate sales records and update the CRM with client interactions and pipeline activity.
- To uncover new market opportunities, monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to consumer inquiries and resolving difficulties.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing departments to develop and implement sales strategy.
- Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking gatherings to broaden your client base.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, ideally in the moving, relocation, or logistics industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, achieve sales targets, and propel corporate growth.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Previous experience in the Phoenix market is an advantage.
