Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and residential moving & relocation clients
- Coordinate end-to-end moving services, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery updates
- Manage moving customer accounts using relocation platforms such as Cartus and Weichert
- Provide proactive communication to clients regarding move status and timelines
- Resolve moving customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain service excellence
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and partner agents to ensure smooth moves & relocations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all move documentation is up to date
- Support moving clients through the full relocation lifecycle, from booking to completion
- Identify service improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
- Ensure compliance with the moving company policies and industry standards
- Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Assist with reporting and tracking KPIs related to move performance
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the moving & relocation industry
- Strong customer service background in a logistics or service-based environment
- Familiarity with Cartus, Weichert, or similar moving & relocation management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
