Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s national transportation and logistics growth strategy.
- Lead business development efforts in commercial moving, freight management, and warehousing services.
- Build and manage a high-impact sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Personally manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts in logistics and transportation.
- Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Lead the RFP and proposal development process, ensuring strategic alignment and client value.
- Analyze key performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that support brand positioning and sales enablement.
- Keep abreast of market trends and ensure offerings are innovative and relevant.
- Provide executive reporting and sales forecasts to senior leadership.
- Travel as needed to support business development and client engagement across regions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of senior leadership in logistics, transportation, or relocation sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Experience building and managing sales teams targeting national or enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of the transportation and commercial moving industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced skills in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or transportation management.
