Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a results-driven logistics sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead growth efforts in areas such as commercial moving, warehousing, transportation, and logistics services.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a logistics sales team to meet performance objectives.
  • Build and grow a personal pipeline of logistics services business across key sectors.
  • Use company tools, systems, and network connections to maximize revenue potential.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust tactical plans to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Oversee responses to RFPs and ensure proposals align with client needs and company strengths.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to refine services and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Work with external marketing resources to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop pricing strategies that support both client acquisition and profitability.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Travel as needed to maintain client relationships and support business development activities.
 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales and leadership experience in logistics, relocation, or commercial moving services.
  • Proven ability to build and lead sales teams that exceed performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and relocation industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and solid Excel capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or sales management.
