Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and agents throughout the relocation process
- Coordinate household goods (HHG) or commercial moves from initiation to completion
- Track shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Prepare and manage all move-related documentation in line with industry standards
- Update shipment details and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Assist with scheduling crews, resources, and transportation logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relocation industry regulations
- Process billing documentation, invoices, and customer charges accurately
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all move and billing records
- Support reporting requirements, including weekly and monthly operational reports
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams to streamline workflows
- Provide administrative and occasional front-desk support as required
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG or O&I preferred)
- Previous experience in coordination, billing, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
