We are seeking a Relocation Services Coordinator to join a leading company in the moving & relocation industry in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in managing corporate and household goods relocations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless move coordination and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate domestic and/or international corporate relocations from initiation through completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, transferees, and vendors throughout the move process.
  • Schedule and manage surveys, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery services.
  • Liaise with carriers, agents, and service partners to ensure timely and efficient relocations.
  • Prepare and review move documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any service issues or delays.
  • Provide relocation policy guidance and support to corporate clients and transferees.
  • Manage cost estimates, invoices, and billing processes related to relocations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with shipment details.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive relocation experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within relocation operations.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in the moving, relocation, or household goods (HHG) industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate relocation processes and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relocation software and Microsoft Office suite.
