Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and/or international corporate relocations from initiation through completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, transferees, and vendors throughout the move process.
- Schedule and manage surveys, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery services.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and service partners to ensure timely and efficient relocations.
- Prepare and review move documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any service issues or delays.
- Provide relocation policy guidance and support to corporate clients and transferees.
- Manage cost estimates, invoices, and billing processes related to relocations.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with shipment details.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive relocation experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within relocation operations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the moving, relocation, or household goods (HHG) industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate relocation processes and coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relocation software and Microsoft Office suite.
