Are you an experienced corporate removals & relocation professional looking to join a dynamic team? This remote corporate account management role operates within a global relocation and move management environment, overseeing UK, European, International and 3rd country client relationships. While the position is remote, the ability to commute to one of the company’s UK locations from time to time is essential to support business needs and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of new and existing corporate, RMC and Trade business, ensuring high service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with removals & relocation clients, prospects, network partners and overseas agents.
  • Fully understand leads and removals enquiries, taking timely and appropriate action.
  • Arrange preliminary removals & relocation surveys of personal effects and coordinate logistics requirements.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with shipping companies and 3rd country suppliers.
  • Prepare move plans and accurate quotations within KPI timelines.
  • Ensure invoicing is completed, and payments are received within contractual terms.
  • Proactively identify removals & relocation clients needs and present tailored move solutions.
  • Monitor files, flagging and escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Provide daily feedback to the corporate sales team on account issues.
  • Present account reviews and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Support colleagues and provide cross/cover where required.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven account management experience within corporate removals & relocation or related logistics sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with corporate and trade clients.
  • Demonstrable ability to negotiate with suppliers and partners.
  • Strong planning, organisational and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing KPI targets and contributing to team performance.
