A prominent international household is seeking a professional Personal Assistant to support a high-profile family based in London.
This dynamic role covers both personal and occasional business support with a focus on managing complex family logistics.
This position requires a highly organised individual with prior experience supporting VIPs, ideally within the relocation, destination services, or global mobility sector. Discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
This position has the anticipated working hours of 9am - 7pm UK time, but this may vary as required for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all family-related logistics, including school coordination, transportation, and documentation.
- Organise complex personal calendars and daily scheduling for both adults and children.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for both personal and occasional business trips.
- Act as the primary liaison for service providers and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate ad hoc errands, appointments, and household support as needed.
- Provide administrative support on selected business tasks where required.
- Handle personal documentation, including visas and school applications.
- Plan and coordinate private events and family gatherings.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
- Assist with occasional international travel arrangements, primarily to APAC once per year.
Requirements:
- Previous Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is preferred.
- Background in relocation, destination services, or global mobility is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting VIPs or HNWIs is essential.
- Must be based in or near London with strong local knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred, but not essential.
