What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lease high-value storage space through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Sales initiatives and client outreach across Los Angeles and other regions.
- Develop and present proposals and leasing documentation.
- Collaborate on agreements and facilitate standard negotiations.
- Maintain a CRM and report on sales progress.
- Build and manage client and partner relationships.
- Represent the brand at local industry events and client-facing functions.
- Work with marketing and account teams on regional initiatives.
- Provide strategic input and ensure uniform sales practices.
- Support cross-location sales consistency.
- Handle additional projects as assigned.
- Strong sales track record, ideally in luxury, art, or fashion.
- Ability to exceed goals in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and business acumen.
- Confident in client presentations and contract discussions.
- Relocation or storage industry experience preferred.
