Lead, oversee, and execute an international portfolio of events and exhibitions, including major launches, trade shows, and destination showcases. Stay attuned to emerging trends and innovations in event management to ensure the brand is promoted effectively on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver events and exhibition programmes from head office, working in partnership with regional teams to ensure flawless planning and execution.
  • Create monitoring frameworks to track event progress from initial concept through to completion, ensuring delivery meets organisational standards and is aligned with approved budgets.
  • Design and implement guidelines, tools, and best practices to support successful execution of promotional activities worldwide.
  • Take ownership of global event strategies, ensuring exhibitions, launches, and promotional initiatives effectively enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional support in promoting the brand internationally.
  • Develop creative event concepts, establish annual activity calendars, and ensure resources are allocated to support timely delivery.
  • Prepare, manage, and secure budgets for all events, ensuring efficient cost management and avoidance of unnecessary expenditure.
  • Monitor inventory of promotional assets, gifts, and giveaways, maintaining alignment with allocated budgets.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners, including agencies, suppliers, venues, contractors, and organisers, to deliver world-class events.
  • Introduce structured planning tools, templates, and processes to drive consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Produce detailed post-event evaluation reports, assessing outcomes from both financial and logistical perspectives, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Oversee staff planning and rostering for events to maximise efficiency and productivity while avoiding unnecessary resource allocation.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or project management.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and delivering large-scale, high-profile events on time and within budget.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with international premium or luxury brands is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong networking skills with proven ability to build and manage global professional relationships.
