What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and produce all gallery graphics including brochures, posters, and exhibition materials.
- Develop digital communications such as e-blasts and newsletters.
- Manage updates to the website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with external vendors for print production and book design.
- Create print and digital advertising assets for campaigns.
- Generate monthly marketing analytics reports.
- Lead finalisation and archiving of artwork images with expert-level colour correction and metadata tagging.
- Support professional photoshoots by assisting with lighting and setup.
- Capture high-quality support photography for artworks.
- Maintain accurate digital image archives using software and hard drive systems.
- Manage the gallery's press archives and website content updates.
- Support daily operations including gallery opening/closing, light maintenance, and art handling assistance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the moving or relocation industry (unless otherwise stated).
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Strong background in visual asset management and print production processes.
- Experience supporting professional photography workflows.
- Proficiency in CMS tools and social media content creation.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
