Working closely with operations and external sales teams, you will manage inbound enquiries, prepare quotations, and guide customers through the relocation process from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound enquiries for domestic and international relocation services
- Prepare and present accurate quotations for household goods moves and associated services
- Follow up on proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Build strong relationships with private clients, corporate customers, and relocation partners
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activity within the CRM system
- Identify upselling opportunities including packing, storage, and additional services
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer sales roles
- Experience within the moving, relocation, logistics, or related service industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and quotation tools
