Key Responsibilities:
- Selling moving and relocation services to residential customers across the U.S.
- Conducting in-home or virtual surveys to generate accurate moving quotes.
- Building and managing relationships with clients from initial inquiry through post-move follow-up.
- Preparing detailed proposals, service agreements, and cost estimates.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinating with operations teams to ensure a smooth move experience.
- Following up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
- Staying current on pricing, competitor services, and market trends.
- Supporting international move coordination including customs documentation and logistics.
- Managing CRM data and maintaining accurate client records.
- Attending local networking events or trade shows to generate new business.
- Addressing and resolving any client issues or concerns promptly.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in moving or relocation sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with residential household goods relocations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
