Key Responsibilities
- Managing household goods (HHG) and office & commercial removals from start to finish
- Coordinating logistics, packing, transportation, and delivery schedules
- Serving as the primary contact for removals clients throughout the move process
- Liaising with third-party agents, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitoring shipments and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery
- Handling documentation, customs paperwork, and insurance requirements
- Resolving operational challenges and ensuring removals service excellence
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost control on each move
- Complying with removals industry regulations and company standards
- Upselling additional removals services such as storage and specialist packing
- Providing post-move support and addressing any removals client concerns
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven removals industry experience (HHG and/or commercial essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple moves simultaneously
- Proficiency with move management systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating with international agents is a plus
