We’re hiring a National Account HHG Salesperson to join a leading force in the moving and relocation industry. This role is ideally based in Houston, TX, though remote work is available for top-tier candidates. The position focuses on expanding national HHG accounts across corporate and private client sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and grow national household goods (HHG) sales across corporate and private sectors
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets
- Build strong relationships with relocation management companies (RMCs), global mobility teams, and HR departments
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding
- Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to decision-makers
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Collaborate with operations and move coordinators to ensure service excellence
- Track client interactions and pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, tariffs, and competitors
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in HHG or relocation sales, with a national account focus
- Proven ability to secure and grow large B2B accounts
- Strong knowledge of the moving industry, particularly household goods (HHG)
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Familiar with CRM tools and modern sales techniques
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
