As the National Sales & Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategies, and building long-standing relationships across the luxury real estate and hospitality sector. You’ll work closely with internal departments to align operational delivery with premium client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to support business growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing sales leadership team to drive commercial success.
  • Monitor and analyse sales KPIs, forecasting trends and optimising performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with private clients, corporations, estate agents, and relocation professionals.
  • Deliver bespoke service proposals that reflect the brand’s premium offering.
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities in both residential and corporate sales markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and luxury networking forums.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft impactful campaigns that elevate brand awareness.
  • Ensure sales efforts are aligned with operational capacity to guarantee service excellence.
  • Promote the company’s positioning as a luxury brand through targeted engagement.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales leadership roles within high-end services or B2C/B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams across luxury or specialist sectors.
  • Strong network in the luxury real estate, hospitality or related VIP sector.
  • Strong track record of developing commercial sales strategy and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with HNW and corporate clients.
  • A background in marketing, strategic partnerships or brand development is highly advantageous.
