In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic regional team working with global clients and internal stakeholders across APAC. The right candidate will thrive in a client-focused environment, ensuring each move is professionally managed from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end coordination of household goods moves for international assignees.
- Strong knowledge of managing end-to-end household goods moves.
- Support the coordination of destination services, including home search, school search, temporary accommodation, and settling-in services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the move process.
- Work closely with internal Global Mobility and Relocation teams in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and delivery logistics in line with global standards.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, service agreements, and quality metrics.
- Mentor and support junior coordinators where needed, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support the Client Services Manager by preparing reports and tracking KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing challenging or escalated situations effectively.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in relocation and household goods move coordination.
- Proven background working with large international moving company or a global relocation provider.
- Strong knowledge of global mobility services and destination support programmes.
- At least 2 years in a senior-level coordination role.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global clients across multiple time zones.
- GMS certification by Worldwide ERC is a plus, but not essential.
