Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the moving and relocation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, RMCs, and corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, including occasional travel to client sites.
- Represent the moving & relocation company at industry trade events and conferences.
- Assess client requirements and propose tailored moving & relocation solutions aligned with budget and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close new commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery for new and existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and moving client communication records in the CRM.
- Produce regular forecasts and reports on sales performance and revenue targets.
- Support targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate new moving & relocation leads.
- Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion rates.
- Uphold best-in-class customer service standards, ensuring satisfaction across all moving client engagements.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated B2B trade sales experience, ideally within moving, relocation, logistics, or related services.
- Strong client-facing abilities with a proven track record in developing long-term commercial relationships.
- Experience managing a remote sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets independently.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and effective in a remote working environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
