Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys for residential, international and commercial removals clients, through a combination of video and onsite surveys.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Providing accurate cost estimates and presenting tailored solutions to removals clients.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the removals industry.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Attending client meetings to understand their needs and offer professional advice.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with clients to maximise revenue.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is completed and processed efficiently.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Overseeing the quality of service provided during the removals process.
- Reporting on sales performance and providing updates to management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or surveying in the removals industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish client relationships.
- The capacity to operate autonomously and efficiently manage time in a hybrid role.
- Experience performing video and on-site surveys for moving and relocation services.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Understanding of the removal process, including logistics and planning.
- Full UK driving licence.
