Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets in the designated territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects in the commercial moving industry.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with important decision-makers and clients.
  • Perform a detailed market analysis to discover trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that are targeted to the demands of your clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibits, and networking functions.
  • Maintain a competitive advantage by staying current on industry advancements and best practices.
  • Send regular sales projections and reports to upper management.
  • Create a high-performance culture and encourage your staff to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve a smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • To form new business partnerships, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
