Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all legal aspects of employment immigration filings, including PERM labor certifications, prevailing wage requests, and I-140 petitions
- Offer trusted, empathetic legal counsel to professionals, ensuring they feel informed, secure, and supported throughout their journey
- Minimize candidate attrition by fostering confidence through transparent and consistent communication
- Act as the organization’s immigration subject matter expert, keeping internal teams updated on current laws, policy changes, and regulatory shifts
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to support company goals and ensure legal processes align with business needs
Key Requirements:
- Licensed US Immigration Attorney with experience in employment-based Green Card processes (EB-3), asylum claims, TPS, and related filings
- Demonstrated success in managing complex immigration cases and communicating legal strategies clearly to non-legal audiences
- Someone who leads with both confidence and empathy
- Ability to build trust with individuals navigating uncertainty
