This role plays a critical role in shaping how product and design strategies are communicated across the organisation. Working closely with the SVP of Product Development, you will create visually compelling, executive-ready presentations that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful visual narratives.

- Design high-impact presentations for executive updates, leadership reviews, and strategic forums.
- Translate abstract product, design, and customer experience concepts into clear, visually engaging presentation materials.
- Ensure consistency in visual language, formatting, and brand standards across all presentation assets.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to communicate project milestones, design decisions, and implementation plans.
- Create annotated visuals, mock-up walkthroughs, and visual frameworks that support product delivery and align with organisational standards.
- Use presentation and design tools (including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar) to adapt or create visuals that enhance clarity and storytelling.
- Apply design principles to structure content, establish visual hierarchy, and guide audience attention through custom iconography, charts, and diagrams.
- Maintain a consistently high level of visual quality suitable for senior leadership and cross-functional audiences.
- Shape clear, structured narratives from raw content such as notes, sketches, and data, supporting the SVP in framing key messages and strategic priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders across strategy, research and insights, design, product, portfolio, and operations to gather inputs and align messaging.
- Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Undertake additional departmental responsibilities as required by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in visual communications, presentation design, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating executive-level and/or product-focused presentation work.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent visual layout, formatting, and storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to understand product and design workflows and translate them into clear, effective visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
