Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual and on-site surveys.
- Log information for the upcoming move, ensuring data is recorded accurately
- Provide detailed removal estimates, including the cost breakdown, expected timeframes, and resources required for the move.
- Liaise with the operations team ensuring a smooth move.
- Meet and try to exceed the monthly sales targets for removals bookings.
- Identify any opportunities to upsell additional services to clients.
- Offer storage options where possible.
- Attend networking events to promote the company's services.
- Stay up-to-date on removal regulations, to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working for a commercial removals company is required.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with removal clients.
- A strong track record of closing sales.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant industrial software programs.
