The Role
As Director of Operations, you will take full ownership of operational performance across multiple hotel locations, ensuring consistency, profitability, and high standards of guest service.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape operational strategy, optimise processes, and support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of hotels
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Implement and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experience standards across all properties
- Develop, mentor, and lead General Managers and senior hotel teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support new hotel openings, refurbishments, and operational integrations
- Proven experience in a senior multi-site operational role within the hotel or hospitality sector
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, diverse teams
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and brand standards
- Experience working within branded or large-scale hospitality groups
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
