Key Responsibilities:
- Create and demonstrate a comprehensive logistics services sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Drive sales growth in commercial moving, warehousing and transportation services.
- Manage a logistics-focused sales team across multiple regions.
- Work to develop and manage the logistics services business across strategic industries.
- Use and leverage the companies resources and existing relationships to drive revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales performance data and infromation and paln to adjust strategies to meet and impove on the sales goals.
- Provide strategic analysis and oversight on RFP responses to ensure value propositions are clearly presented.
- Collaborate with external marketing partners to implement sales campaigns.
- Regularly report sales metrics and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Travel as necessary to support clients and expand business relationships.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of proven sales management experience within logistics, commercial moving, or relocation services.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams that meet aggressive growth targets.
- Industry knowledge and a well established network within the logistics or relocation industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or sales.
