The purpose of this role is to drive new business development and increase commercial moving revenue across the Dallas market.
Mian duties:
- Conduct on-site commercial moving surveys to assess clients requirements.
- Prepare detailed moving estimates, sales proposals, and relocation plans.
- Develop new commercial moving sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts to ensure return business.
- Deal with customer inquiries, issues, and escalations throughout the moving process.
- Maintain accurate records of moving sales activities, proposals, contracts, and client interactions.
- Stay informed on commercial moving industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal moving, operations, and customer service teams to the customer experience.
Required experience:
- Proven commercial moving sales and business development experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moving accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with industry specific software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for commercial moving client meetings and site surveys.
