Commercial Moving Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Moving Sales Consultant to lead sales growth and business development in Dallas, TX within the fast-paced commercial moving and relocation industry. This sales-focused role is responsible for generating new commercial moving business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored moving solutions for office, corporate, and industrial relocations. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site commercial moving surveys to assess relocation requirements and client needs
  • Prepare detailed commercial moving estimates, sales proposals, and relocation plans
  • Develop new commercial moving sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial moving clients and corporate accounts
  • Manage commercial sales negotiations and secure profitable moving contracts
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations throughout the moving process
  • Maintain accurate records of moving sales activities, proposals, contracts, and client interactions
  • Track commercial sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue generation metrics
  • Stay informed on commercial moving industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal moving, operations, and customer service teams to improve service delivery

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven commercial moving sales experience within the moving and relocation industry
  • Strong business development and commercial sales management skills
  • Experience preparing commercial moving estimates and relocation proposals
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple commercial moving accounts and relocation projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for commercial moving client meetings and site surveys
