Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site commercial moving surveys to assess relocation requirements and client needs
- Prepare detailed commercial moving estimates, sales proposals, and relocation plans
- Develop new commercial moving sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial moving clients and corporate accounts
- Manage commercial sales negotiations and secure profitable moving contracts
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations throughout the moving process
- Maintain accurate records of moving sales activities, proposals, contracts, and client interactions
- Track commercial sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue generation metrics
- Stay informed on commercial moving industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal moving, operations, and customer service teams to improve service delivery
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven commercial moving sales experience within the moving and relocation industry
- Strong business development and commercial sales management skills
- Experience preparing commercial moving estimates and relocation proposals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple commercial moving accounts and relocation projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for commercial moving client meetings and site surveys
