We're working with an established company within the Removals and Relocation industry that is looking to add a DSP Relocation Consultant to their established team. This role involves managing domestic and international relocation programmes, acting as the main point of contact for clients and assignees, and ensuring every relocation is delivered in line with client requirements.
In this exciting opportunity, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of domestic and international relocation cases from instruction through to completion.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, assignees and suppliers throughout the relocation process.
- Coordinating destination services including home search, school search, orientation and settling-in support.
- Liaising with household goods providers, immigration specialists and other relocation partners.
- Maintaining accurate case records and updating clients on relocation progress.
- Resolving issues promptly while ensuring agreed service levels are maintained.
To succeed in this role you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a DSP Relocation Consultant or in a corporate relocation role.
- Knowledge of destination services and the wider global mobility process.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple relocation cases while meeting deadlines.
- Clean DBS Check or be willing to submit to one if offered the position. (Required).
