We're working with an established removals company looking to recruit a Removals Sales Estimator for their Glasgow location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting in-home and virtual surveys for commercial and residential removals.
- Assessing property access, move volumes, packing requirements and any specialist handling needs.
- Preparing accurate estimates based on survey findings.
- Following up on estimates and responding to removal customer enquiries.
- Managing your survey diary and planning appointments efficiently.
- Liaising with the operations team to ensure accurate handover of confirmed removals.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using the company's CRM or removals management system.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate has:
- Previous experience as a Removal Sales Estimator or Removals Surveyor within the moving and removals industry.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial removals services, packing options and storage solutions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and follow-ups.
- Full UK driver’s licence and reliable access to vehicle.
