Join a well-established moving and storage operation in the Seattle, WA area, where you'll lead the day-to-day performance of a multi-service relocation business. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee operations, sales, customer service, and warehouse functions while driving growth across household goods and commercial relocation services within the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all branch operations, including household goods moves, commercial relocations, storage services, and logistics activities
  • Manage operational teams across dispatch, warehouse, transportation, customer service, and move coordination functions
  • Drive revenue growth through local business development, agency relationships, and strategic customer acquisition initiatives
  • Oversee move planning, resource allocation, fleet utilisation, and crew scheduling to ensure service efficiency
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability targets
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, quality procedures, and company operating policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government accounts, relocation management companies, and local businesses
  • Manage warehouse operations, inventory controls, storage occupancy levels, and asset protection procedures
  • Recruit, coach, and develop office, warehouse, and operational staff to support business growth
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and implement service improvement initiatives to maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven management experience within the moving, relocation, storage, household goods (HHG), or office & industrial (O&I) relocation sector
  • Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, warehousing, and move management operations
  • Experience managing branch P&L performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
  • Knowledge of DOT compliance requirements, safety programs, and fleet management practices
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-functional operational teams
