Role Responsibilities:
- Create new business prospects in the corporate logistics, workplace relocation, and commercial office moving industries.
- Develop trusting connections with HR departments, procurement specialists, office managers, business owners, and facilities directors.
- Consult with clients to determine office relocation requirements, budgets, schedules, and service needs.
- Create specialised service contracts, price structures, moving plans, and proposals.
- Oversee the whole sales process, including account handoff, closing, and prospecting.
- Work together with the operations and move management teams to guarantee a project's successful completion.
- Find possibilities to cross-sell storage, warehousing, furniture installation, and other moving services.
- Participate in local company development initiatives, trade associations, and networking events.
- Keep track of pipeline activities, sales projections, CRM information, and performance reports.
- Respond to requests for proposals and bidding opportunities for major office relocation projects.
Experience Required:
- Demonstrated B2B sales expertise in office relocation or related services.
- A strong knowledge of project management, relocation planning, and office moving operations.
- Outstanding negotiating, consulting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in pipeline management, proposal creation, and CRM systems.
