Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities within commercial office moving, workplace relocation, and corporate logistics sectors
- Build strong relationships with business owners, office managers, facilities directors, HR teams, and procurement professionals
- Conduct client consultations to assess office relocation needs, timelines, budgets, and service requirements
- Develop customized proposals, moving plans, pricing structures, and service contracts
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing and account handoff
- Collaborate with operations and move management teams to ensure successful project execution
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for storage, warehousing, furniture installation, and additional relocation services
- Attend networking events, trade associations, and local business development opportunities
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and performance reporting
- Respond to RFPs and bid opportunities for large-scale office relocation projects
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial real estate activity
- Ensure all sales activities align with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven B2B sales experience in office moving, commercial relocation, logistics, or related services
- Strong understanding of office moving operations, project management, and relocation planning
- Experience closing large commercial contracts and managing long sales cycles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, proposal generation, and pipeline management
- Strong experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
