Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities within commercial office moving, workplace relocation, and corporate logistics sectors
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, office managers, facilities directors, HR teams, and procurement professionals
  • Conduct client consultations to assess office relocation needs, timelines, budgets, and service requirements
  • Develop customized proposals, moving plans, pricing structures, and service contracts
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing and account handoff
  • Collaborate with operations and move management teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for storage, warehousing, furniture installation, and additional relocation services
  • Attend networking events, trade associations, and local business development opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and performance reporting
  • Respond to RFPs and bid opportunities for large-scale office relocation projects
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial real estate activity
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven B2B sales experience in office moving, commercial relocation, logistics, or related services
  • Strong understanding of office moving operations, project management, and relocation planning
  • Experience closing large commercial contracts and managing long sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, proposal generation, and pipeline management
  • Strong experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
