In this role, you'll lead a team of Relocation Consultants, ensuring employees relocating for work receive an excellent level of service from start to finish. You'll support your team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a team of Relocation Consultants.
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of relocation services.
- Act as the main point of contact for any complex queries or relocation customer issues.
- Allocate work and ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relocation clients and suppliers.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Produce regular reports and support the management team where required.

- Previous experience in relocation, global mobility is essential.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
