Relocation Team Leader

We are partnering with an established international relocation & removals company to recruit a Relocation Team Leader to join their team based in the St Albans area.

In this role, you'll lead a team of Relocation Consultants, ensuring employees relocating for work receive an excellent level of service from start to finish. You'll support your team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and develop a team of Relocation Consultants.
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of relocation services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any complex queries or relocation customer issues.
  • Allocate work and ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relocation clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Produce regular reports and support the management team where required.

About You
  • Previous experience in relocation, global mobility is essential.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
