Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across domestic, commercial, international, and corporate removals by responding to customer enquiries, conducting both in-home and virtual surveys, and delivering accurate, tailored removal estimates.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, nurturing existing accounts while proactively targeting new business opportunities in line with branch objectives.
- Prepare detailed removal plans, scope projects accurately, and produce competitive quotations using Moveware, ensuring all services meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with operations teams to maintain exceptional service standards, improve customer experience, and support ongoing removals business development.
- Identify and develop new target markets through strategic sales and marketing activity, contributing to the branch’s growth.
- Provide expert advice on international removals, including customs regulations and compliance, ensuring clients receive a seamless and informed service.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous removals sales & surveying experience is essential.
- Strong negotiation and people skills.
- Excellent numeric, analytical, and literacy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Full UK driving licence.
