Our client is looking to hire a Residential Moving Sales Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with experience in the household goods (HHG) moving industry. The role will focus on generating COD business, conducting moving surveys, preparing estimates and converting enquiries into booked residential moves.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates with:
- Previous sales experience within household goods (HHG) or residential moving.
- Experience conducting moving surveys, estimating jobs and preparing customer quotes.
- A track record of meeting sales targets and converting enquiries into booked moves.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual survey tools.
- Strong communication, customer service and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Minneapolis neighbourhoods and local moving logistics.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Using outbound calls, referrals and networking events to generate COD leads.
- Conducting in-home and virtual surveys to assess household goods volumes and prepare accurate moving estimates.
- Managing your sales pipeline and customer follow-ups using CRM and scheduling systems.
- Work directly with operations teams to collaborate during the moving process to ensure that the client’s needs are being met and keeping them up to date.
