Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities within commercial office, industrial, and corporate relocation sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facilities managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams
- Conduct client consultations to assess relocation, logistics, and workplace transition needs
- Prepare competitive proposals, pricing models, and relocation service agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional moving, storage, and relocation services
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and business development meetings
- Track sales pipeline performance, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM systems
- Stay informed on regional market trends, competitors, and relocation industry developments
- Support RFP responses for large-scale corporate relocation projects
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, service standards, and company policies
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven B2B sales experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or workplace services
- Strong knowledge of commercial office and industrial relocation processes
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value client accounts
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
