A Workplace Relocation Sales Consultant is required to drive commercial office and industrial, and employee relocation solutions for business clients at a top moving and relocating company in Seattle. Experienced salespeople with a background in relocation services, workplace change, or moving are perfect for this position.

Main Duties:
  • Create new business prospects in the corporate relocation, industrial, and commercial office sectors.
  • Build connections with procurement teams, HR directors, facilities managers, and corporate clients.
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs for workplace transfer, logistics, and relocation.
  • Create price models, relocation service agreements, and competitive proposals.
  • Oversee the whole sales cycle, including lead development, contract negotiations, and closing.
  • Work together with operations teams to guarantee precise service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Find ways to cross-sell more relocation, storage, and moving services.
  • Attend company development meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Utilise CRM tools to monitor sales pipeline performance, predictions, and KPIs.

Experience & Skills Required:
