  • Strong written skills in document preparation, presentation, proposals and letters
  • Strong communication skills to speak confidently to stakeholders
  • Extensive research skills to find information
  • Bring ideas to the table and have the ability to suggest improvements and developments
  • Confident to present webinars or undertake video calls with team support
  • Proven ability to write proposals
  • Strong experience with UK immigration policies and applications
  • Good knowledge of European immigration at a high level and coordination
  • Ability to analyse and assess information to determine outcomes
  • Ability to develop processes and flowcharts for efficient working practices
  • Great client service and client engagement skills
  • Broad experience of immigration regulations for the UK and some other countries if possible
  • Ability to build and lead a department overtime
