Our client, a global leader in immigration and visa services, is seeking an APAC Immigration Consultant to support corporate clients and their employees across the region. This role combines end-to-end immigration case management with expert support for business visa and travel documentation needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong client service mindset, deep knowledge of immigration processes in APAC, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and efficiency.

Salary: 4,800-5,000 SGD/Month
Location: Onsite Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage immigration and visa cases across the APAC region, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Provide tailored, expert guidance on business visa, immigration, and passport requirements based on individual traveler circumstances
  • Liaise directly with client employees (including VIPs and admins) to gather documentation, assess needs, and determine best courses of action
  • Prepare immigration filings and visa applications, including supporting documents such as Business Cover Letters and Letters of Invitation
  • Communicate with foreign consulates and government authorities to monitor and respond to inquiries or requirements
  • Track deadlines and progress for all cases, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to applicable regulations
  • Monitor and resolve visa processing issues by creating and implementing practical solutions
  • Ensure full compliance with client-specific policies and immigration regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular, proactive communication and service excellence
  • Act as the central point of contact for all client-related immigration queries within the team
  • Keep internal systems and tracking tools updated with accurate case details and documentation
  • Support process improvements, identify potential service gaps, and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Complete ad hoc duties and assignments as required by management

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in APAC immigration, global mobility, or business visa consulting (corporate or service provider background)
  • Strong understanding of immigration procedures and business travel documentation requirements across the APAC region
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using client platforms and internal tracking systems (training provided)
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience preferred
