Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell baggage transportation and storage services to individuals and businesses
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to assess customer needs
- Develop and deliver accurate quotations and service proposals
- Maintain strong knowledge of all baggage/removal services and pricing models
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to expand client base
- Identify and target new market segments within Manchester and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage client data through CRM tools and provide regular sales reports
- Upsell premium services such as express delivery, insurance, and storage options
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in baggage, removals, logistics, or storage services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close high-volume deals
- Strong knowledge of local and national relocation processes
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
