This position requires an individual who is proactive, client-focused, and capable of navigating complex sales cycles in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by applying expertise in global moving and relocation services.
- Oversee client engagements, maintain pipelines, and enforce structured sales processes.
- Advise clients with consultative insights, industry trends, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and agreements to HR, mobility, and procurement teams.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and new account objectives.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and networking forums
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in service solution selling.
- Solid understanding of moving, shipping, logistics or relocation processes.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets; a strong sales “hunter.”
- Client-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential; additional languages would be an advantage.
