We are seeking a Property Buying Agent to join our client, a Relocation & Destination Services provider in London.
In this role, you will identify and engage with potential property buyers and secure their commitment to use the company’s exclusive Search and Acquisition Services. You will manage the full client journey—from initial lead to successful property purchase—working closely with the Head of Research.
- Proactively source and engage potential buyers through networking, social media, referrals, and targeted marketing.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Present and secure agreements for buyer services.
- Identify and view suitable properties on behalf of clients.
- Act as the client’s expert negotiator to secure the best price and terms.
- Oversee the process through to exchange of contracts, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in a high-commission, target-driven sales role.
- Estate agency or mortgage advisory experience essential.
- Strong hunter mentality – self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection.
- Understanding of property purchase process (conveyancing, surveys, financing).
