Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create value for OEM Partners through strategic initiatives and growth plans.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and enhance relationships with OEM Partners.
- Drive increased sales through monthly cross-functional Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives.
- Manage and expand the OEM opportunity funnel for the assigned portfolio.
- Secure additional exclusive content/agreements within the assigned OEM portfolio.
- Act as a strategic point of contact to drive contractual performance for assigned OEM Partner Accounts.
- Educate internal stakeholders on OEM contracts, product lines, and organizational structures.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews at OEM locations as needed.
- Run and analyze all required reports per OEM agreements for assigned accounts.
- Conduct periodic internal performance reviews of OEM product lines.
- Prepare leadership for meetings with OEM Executive Leadership at industry events.
- Maintain data integrity on OEM parts within the ERP system.
- Provide next-level support to resolve operational issues within the supply chain.
- Guide supply chain on strategic purchases and sourcing requirements.
- Monitor activity within the assigned OEM portfolio to ensure contract compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or related functions.
- Experience in the aerospace aftermarket support industry required.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology and business computer applications.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract language.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- 5+ years of vendor/partner management experience.
- Up to 25% domestic travel with limited international travel required.
