What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial business development strategy to drive revenue, market share, and diversification.
  • Lead the creation and execution of tactical sales plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Build, coach, and manage a top-performing commercial sales team, including recruiting and onboarding new hires.
  • Grow and manage your own book of commercial relocation and logistics business.
  • Oversee preparation of commercial RFP responses, ensuring proposals clearly communicate competitive value.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives for commercial channels in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Maintain deep awareness of commercial relocation, warehousing, and logistics trends and pricing models.
  • Present regular reports to senior leadership highlighting key performance metrics and growth achievements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of sales strategies with operational capacity.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking to expand brand presence and partnership opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling commercial sales teams in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial relocation, warehousing, and logistics service offerings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including Excel-based reporting and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, and industry networking.
