Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across all branch and terminal operations within the Dallas market
- Oversee end-to-end execution of HHG and O&I relocations, ensuring service excellence
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all operational units
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
- Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance metrics
- Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and storage solutions
- Manage fleet operations, maintenance programs, and asset utilization
- Partner with sales teams to support business development and client retention
- Handle high-level client relationships and resolve complex service issues
- Implement scalable processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and training strategies
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG and/or O&I required)
- Proven leadership experience in a senior operations or general management role
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Expertise in DOT compliance, safety regulations, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
