We are hiring a Head of Global Mobility in London to lead global mobility strategy, international assignments, and employee relocation programmes for a high-growth organisation with a global footprint.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a global mobility function, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and delivering a seamless employee experience for international assignees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a global mobility strategy aligned with business growth and international expansion
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of international assignments, relocations, and global mobility programmes
  • Act as the subject matter expert for global mobility, immigration, and international compliance
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance and operational alignment globally
  • Lead and develop a team of global mobility and immigration professionals, including coaching and performance management
  • Drive process improvements through technology, HR systems, and data analytics
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including relocation providers, immigration advisors, and tax consultants
  • Enhance the employee and assignee experience through policy development and service delivery improvements
  • Identify opportunities to scale and optimise global mobility processes in a fast-growing environment
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Global Mobility and International Assignment Management within a corporate, in-house environment
  • Strong knowledge of immigration processes and global compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience managing complex global mobility programmes across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing global mobility or immigration teams
  • Experience developing and implementing global mobility policies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS and HR data/analytics tools is advantageous
  • Experience supporting or scaling a global mobility function within a high-growth or multinational organisation
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive change and improve processes
  • Experience in project management, change management, and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
