As a Real Estate Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the domestic relocation services for corporate Assignees. The job role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s clients, proactively managing their relocations in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and K2’s clients. You will help facilitate an array of various relocation provisions focusing on home sale programs and or new home purchase benefits.
 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Manage and be a point of contact for assignees throughout their relocation process for corporate accounts across various services including:
    • Buyer Value Option
    • Guaranteed Buyout
    • Home Marketing Assistance
    • Home Purchase Assistance
    • Any other services required by our clients
    • Direct Reimbursement
  • Implement and adhere to our clearly defined processes to ensure consistency in services globally
  • Work with title and settlement partner to clear title and process home sale settlement documents
  • Utilize K2’s broker partner network
  • Order and review of BMAs and appraisals reports
  • Order and review home inspection reports and consult on required repairs
  • Expense management per clients’ policies
  • Proactively communicate and develop relationships with assignees, colleagues, vendors, brokers, and clients
  • Monitor progress and ensure assignee’s satisfaction of services
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of assigned clients’ policies, cultures, and service requirements
  • Prepare reports for clients and colleagues
  • Manage policy exceptions as directed by client
  • Provide network mortgage referrals
  • Handles billing from providers and enters into K2’s Ascent
  • Update our technology platforms and deliver high quality data to our clients
  • Comply with information security regulations, principles and obligations in line with ISO, with emphasis on continued learning as technology changes. Maintain software and data encryption in line with compliance and relevant data protection laws globally, ensure the safety, integrity, and accountability of all the data we handle
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or some schooling and equivalent experience would be advantageous
  • Prior experience working within domestic relocation services
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-confident and motivated, works on own initiative and as a part of the team
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products
  • Organizing and prioritizing daily/weekly tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Building and developing working relationships with key partners and with K2 colleagues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
  • Ability to resolve escalations yielding in high quality outcomes
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrate company acumen
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods
  • Domestic and/or global travel when required
